Our team is committed to helping you develop and share your unique stories to drive positive change. Let us guide you on a journey of self-discovery and growth.

Background
I hail from the beautiful islands of Fiji and now proudly call Aotearoa home. My journey has taken me across the motu, from Tāmaki Makaurau to Ōtautahi, allowing me to experience the richness of diverse communities and cultures.
I am a wife to Josh and a devoted dog mum to Archer & Lana. My nursing journey began straight out of high school, and over the years, I have had the privilege of caring for people in diverse settings, including Primary Care, Corrections, the NZ Defence Force, Infant, Child & Adolescent Services, Addictions, and Workforce Development. Beyond clinical care, my work has expanded to mentoring and supporting nurses and allied health professionals through supervision, service design, and the delivery of clinical training programmes across a range of professional fields.
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to cultural safety, ensuring that every interaction fosters growth, reflection, and meaningful dialogue. This dedication to creating safe spaces for learning and transformation is what inspired the development of “Joining Narratives”—a platform for connection, shared wisdom, and collective progress.
